Speak – Video Work-Outs
This particular exercise is extremely useful as a warm-up before any kind of oral communication that you need to do. It helps you articulate better for a longer time, it warms up your voice and face muscles, and it’s a great stress reliever – it’s funny and it makes you smile.
Before you start this exercise, watch the Breathe Exercise 1, so you learn how you can inhale and exhale correctly. It’s also useful to watch Breathe Exercise 2, so that you know how to use your best voice when you speak.
This exercise is a great practice for people who speak frequently – in meetings, conf calls, presentations, conferences – and who want to make sure they are ready to deliver their message in a powerful, clear and confident way.
