Breathe - Exercise 3
This is one of my favourite exercises, and that’s why I wanted to share it with you. It’s important for you to know how to inhale/exhale properly and also what kind of voice to use, so please watch videos 1 and 2 in this playlist before starting this exercise. This is a routine you can do 5 minutes in the evening, regularly, to increase your lungs capacity, to help your voice allow you to breathe at the same time that you are speaking and to help you train not only your speaking muscles, but also the ‘coping with stress’ muscles. It’s a great exercise for kids, as well – and it’s fun.
